01Do I need to give you competitor links?
No. We already track the stores your competitors run, so your products are matched to their offers automatically. You only mark which competitors matter most.
02Will Sogiry change my prices without me knowing?
No. Matches and suggested prices wait for your review. Prices in your store don't change until you switch publishing on and approve. A margin floor stops any price going too low.
03How accurate is the product matching?
We combine titles, attributes, identifiers such as EAN where available, images and availability, never a single field. Uncertain matches wait for your confirmation.
04What if my competitor isn't tracked yet?
Write to ramunas@sogiry.com. We check the domain and add the store to tracking.
05Do I need a developer?
Not for monitoring: your store address is enough. To publish prices directly, we help you connect your platform.
06What happens after the 7-day trial?
Pick the plan that fits your catalogue and carry on. We never ask for a card during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically.
07Does it work in Latvia and Estonia?
Yes, we track Latvian and Estonian stores too, though coverage today is deepest in Lithuania. The coverage page lists every store we track.
