Sogiry never breaks your limits.
You decide how to price, how low a price can go and who has to approve. Every change is logged, so you always see what changed and why.
Be 1% cheaper than the cheapest competitor, but never below the margin floor and never above the RRP.

01Does Sogiry change my prices on its own?
No, unless you want it to. By default Sogiry only shows and suggests. You switch on automatic pricing yourself, and the margin floor always applies.
02How often are prices updated?
We scan competitor stores every day. After each scan the comparisons refresh, and the important changes arrive by email.
03How do you know it is the same product?
We compare the EAN code, brand, name, size and variant. When we are not sure, we show the product to you to check. The Technology page explains more.
04Can I choose which competitors to follow?
Yes. Sogiry suggests the stores that sell most of the same products, and you choose which ones to follow.
05Which platforms do you support?
WooCommerce, XML product feeds, Webhooks and API. We help connect other platforms when we start.
06Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Your catalogue, margins and rules are never sold or shared.
